Aligning with High School & Beyond Plans

The High School and Beyond Plan is a Washington State requirement to guide students to a career pathway.

The plan personalizes experiences and helps students align goals with personal values, strengths, and interests.

The Challenge

Students prepare their plans in seventh or eighth grade and continue to revise them throughout high school. Unfortunately, most students are not exposed to many careers, resulting in misaligned career choices.

Our Goal

We want you to explore careers and launch YOUR future. Check out some additional resources to better align your career choice.
