2025 Summer Program

REGISTRATION

Please use the form below to apply to your program of choice. This is the same application for all programs, so please be you identify the correct program for which you are applying. Eligible programs include:

MANUFACTURING INSTITUTE

3-WEEK INSTITUTE (FULL PROGRAM)  (High School - Grades 10, 11, 12 in 2025-26)

July 7-25, 2025 - Locations: West Valley HS | Newport HS | Ritzville HS | Ferris HS 

Week 1 to be held at Spokane Community College - Busing Available from Participating High Schools

(Other program locations soon to be confirmed!)

Cost: FREE  (Fees begin after May 10th, so sign up now!)   

The three-week flagship program is an immersive experience that allows participants to experience what it's like in manufacturing. Whether the interest lies in production, engineering, management, quality, or other functions, this is an amazing opportunity to jump in and see what it's all about.

1-WEEK MICRO-CERTIFICATE  (High School - Grades 10, 11, & 12 in 2025-26)

July 7-11, 2025 - Location: Spokane Community College

Bussing Available from Participating High Schools

Cost:  FREE  (Fees begin after May 10th, so sign up now!)   

This is the first full week of the Manufacturing Institute. Participants will join other participants from the 3-week program to learn the essentials of manufacturing operations, tools, techniques, and opportunities. (See program guide for details.)

TRADES WEEK

 

1-WEEK TRADES WEEK  (Middle School - Grades 6, 7, & 8 in 2025-26)

July 14-18, 2025 - Location: North Idaho College (Parker Technical Center, Rathdrum, ID)

July 21-25, 2025 - Location: Bowdish Middle School, Spokane

(Other program locations soon to be confirmed!)

Cost: FREE  (Fees begin after May 10th, so sign up now!)

2025 Application Form (Production & Management Institute / Trades Week)

All applications are accepted for review. Eligibility for selection is determined based on several criteria, so the more information you provide, the better we can match qualified candidates. See detailed instructions, terms, conditions, and other information in the "Terms" page of the website. If you need assistance completing this application, please get in touch with your high school CTE Director.

 

Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Candidates will be notified within 30 days or as soon as notifications become available. Questions about applications or the application process may be directed to support@manufacturinginstitute.net.

No program fees are required if applications are received by May 10th.

The first round of applications closes June 1, 2025, or when spaces are filled. Early-bird pricing is available through May 10, 2025.
